Message "096: Fatal Error 02" with Oki printers

096-02 error is a problem with the finisher.
That's a "tray raise or lowering error".

Solution 1:
Check and clean the upper limit switch. 
Solution 2:
Replace the upper limet switch
Solution 3:
Check the shift motor operation and finisher control PCB board. If the motor has failed, you need to replace it, and perhaps the control PCB too. More information click here
